Johnson, rumours about Ravel have added up during his time at West Ham, Ravel exchanging blows with a coach, Ravel failing to turn up for training time and time again, Ravel not getting on with several of his teammates and vice versa and so on.
Allardyce being no angel either as apparently he wanted Ravel to change his agent to the same one employed by Allardyce and Nolan.
Also, why has he spent nearly his entire West Ham reign at other clubs out on loan ?
West Ham wanted him away to gain playing time, find some time to contemlate his situation and NOT disturb team spirit at West Ham.

Well that's why I said it appears instead of we know that he has burnt his bridges.
My assumption, because we don't get news of fellow squad members sympathy or signs of them reaching out for him, is that they don't think too much of him.
The truth is the squad have moved on from his day.

He has only been cleared of one charge, because the CPS has dropped the charge.
He still has three other charges to face.

That's why I'd like Collison to mentor him. Morrison desperately needs someone to get him focused so that he harnesses his talent to good effect. It appears he has almost burnt his bridges with the first team squad for whatever reasons so Collison, on the outside but knowing the inside, could work with him. It's a shame to see such talent going to waste and it's clear that in football a player's idiosyncracies

Comma - I think there's more to the relationship with BFS and Morrison than people are aware of and that we as a football club could have helped him a bit more with some of his off field issues.
I probably would still have him out on loan this season where he'd hopefully get some playing time and then seriously consider his inclusion next season.

West ham fans don't want him to fail, they want him to grow up..
I'd hazard a guess, most senior players dislike him. He is an individual who has no respect for authority or seniority and would be a cunt to play with, even over the marshes on a Sunday...unfortunately!

Who bloody wants him to fail?
People get frustrated and react in different ways but I would love for him to be back a West Ham, training hard, making a contribution and developing his talent but he hasn't shown the ability to do that yet.
